Finished a new cigar box guitar.
This one with a longer scale length then I usually do, 17 inches.
Materials: Rosewood finger board - bridge - end where the strings rest, ebony nut, popular neck with rosewood heel cap.
Really gotta get working on recording all of these

Beautiful, creative instruments. I can't wait to hear how they sound. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with in the future.
Keep up the good work,
Randy
Can't find 'em in the museum store yet online. Price for one of these cigar box beauties, please...?
You know about these, I presume: http://www.geocities.com/lowebow/guitars.html
I've got a Masters degree to finish right now, but would love to try building some of my own later this year. Keep up the great work!
Hey Jeff
I sell these nicer ones between 100 to 200 depending what wood and tuners are used
I wish they would put them up in the museum site but looks like they don't update that enough
I've got 5 new ones I need to post up.. also getting recording of em up this evening
the one in this post came out really good! I've played it with the band I'm with
Cool. I saw some aged wooden wine case boxes in a store last week, and thought those are big, but might give up a big sound (baritone?).
Guy wouldn't sell me one, though. ebay's got some, though. Hmmmm.
